Born and raised in Brighton, company owner Jake founded this family-run business after building extensive experience in loft conversions and site management. Our goal at Everest is to change the norm from the usual building experience, implementing fresh standards and a reliable service people can truly depend on and trust.
While lofts remain our speciality, we now offer a full range of high-quality building services in Brighton and the surrounding areas. We rely on the same trusted professionals who have worked with Jake for over ten years, delivering meticulous work and treating your home with the utmost care and respect it deserves.

Site Survey
We start by scheduling a site visit to carry out a full inspection.

The Build
A dedicated Project Manager oversees construction, ensuring high quality, meeting all deadlines, and guaranteeing full Building Control compliance.

Design & Planning
All plans and approvals are handled, happily collaborating with your chosen architect or introducing ours.
5.
Handover & Aftercare
The final inspection secures official Building Control sign-off, followed by full aftercare support so you can enjoy your new space with confidence.
3.
Quote
We send an initial estimate via email followed by a fixed quote once plans and structural calculations have been approved.
